A Bilingual Collection of Modern Poetry

I waited for the silence
to scream,
but it only breathed.“

我等待寂静尖叫,
但它只是在

Who we are.

Our Mission.

In an era defined by endless scrolling and the constant hum of notifications, we believe that poetry remains the ultimate, unhackable language of the human soul. Silent Amber Press is an independent publisher dedicated to modern bilingual poetry. Our books are designed to be digital firewalls of wonder—quiet spaces where you can disconnect from the noise, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

The Meaning of „Silent Amber“.

The name of our press is rooted in the imagery of our foundational poetry collection, The Silent Forms of Honey / 蜂蜜的沉默形态. In it, silence is described as an amber liquid that distills light just as natural amber captures and protects a fragile moment for eternity, we seek to preserve the unspoken words, the tender memories, and the perfect viscosity of human connection. We crystallize these moments into books.

Building Bridges.

We believe that while vocabularies differ, the frequency of human emotion remains the same. By publishing bilingual editions—pairing languages like English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, and Portuguese with Chinese—we create an intimate dialogue across cultures, continents, and typography.

Designing Silence in a Noisy World.

Retrieving the Primal Code of Consciousness from the Binary Abyss.

In an era where algorithms predict our desires and notifications fragment our attention, The Silent Forms of Honey / 蜂蜜的沉默形态 offers a sanctuary of stillness.

Two smooth grey stones resting on textured, crinkled paper. One stone features a distinct fracture that has been beautifully repaired with glowing gold in the traditional Kintsugi style, symbolizing resilience, healing, and finding value in our human imperfections.

Put your cell phone away. Pick up the book. Feel the paper.

Jens Neitzel

I curated and designed the poetry book The Silent Forms of Honey / 蜂蜜的沉默形态 as a bilingual experiment.

This work bridges the gap between ancient rhythms and the modern hum of technology. Within its pages, I intertwine English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, and Portuguese with Chinese voices in a dialogue about love, time, and the ‚glitches‘ of the human heart.

This collection is intended for those seeking stillness in the age of algorithms—individuals who believe that poetry remains our most resilient defense against the chaos of the modern world.

I live in Germany and Spain, where I create art that invites us to pause and reflect.
